Suntrup Kia South - Service Center

First off, car buying is much better than car servicing at Sucktrup Kia South, get deal on the car, ez buying exp. but from our first service appt, absolutely sucks!! Not one single time that I have brough at Sucktrup Kia South, get deal on the car, ez buying exp. but from our first service appt, absolutely sucks!! Not one single time that I have brought my car there for service has all the work actually been done or done properly, it ALWAYS requires a second trip to correct the screw up or over sight of fixing the xxxxx car!! I mean how hard is it? Every single time they have screwed us over or once gave back my car with a $300 invoice and THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR!!! Seriously, they had to take my car back, put me out last minute and then do the work we paid them to do!!! That guy that pickets them with the sign that says they are a rip off... Believe it!! We need to drive 1.5hr round trip out of our way to service our Kia with a dealer now, never again, next car will be a Ford. Sucktrup needs to get a grip or loose their ability to sell Kia, I even wrote to Kia about them, as usual, no one cares, even if the new car deal there is awesome and tempting, DON'T DO IT!!! The service is a freaking nightmare!!!!! More
