My experience with Suntrup solidified all the negative things you hear about buying a car. It was a bad experience start to finish. I had to sit and wait 30 minutes for my rep Brandon on my first appointment because he was out getting food. They didn't have the car I wanted, but the exact car was on order, so I reserved it. There was such horrible communication throughout the month I waited for delivery, I started to doubt if the car was in fact on the way. I constantly had to follow up on status and once even got a text reply about a different deal – turns out my rep mixed me up with another customer. Not the type of service I'd expect when spending tens of thousands of dollars with a dealership. Everything I was told throughout the sale was vague and I got the feeling I was being swindled at every step of the process. When my car finally arrived, Brandon was a no show for that appointment, despite telling me several times he couldn't wait to see me. It was obvious they use chat bots, so I wonder how many messages I received were the bot versus my actual rep. From there I was passed to Mike to complete the sale, and he was nice enough, but it was just a wierd, horrible experience overall. I chose Suntrup because of the good reviews, but unfortunately that was not my experience. If you choose to give them a try, prepare to be there for hours on each visit and prepare yourself for the slimy car dealership experience. More

Stay Away, called finance 5 days in a row just asking for a call back to pick up my title. Couldn't get a sales manager or 3 finance guys to return a voicemail. This dealership is full of lies and talks big game to get people to drive 2.5 hours to get there to stand around for 1.5 hours and never see a vehicle the they try and sell you a car that is in their recondi people to drive 2.5 hours to get there to stand around for 1.5 hours and never see a vehicle the they try and sell you a car that is in their reconditioning lot that says not for sale they take you to look at it but can't hear it run or drive it then take you back to the dealership to sit for 2 more hours and leave with nothing they even took my keys said they were gonna appraise my car and never brought the keys back so I couldn't leave I had to request my keys twice before they gave them back very sad never in my 45 years have I had a problem like this buying a car oh and by the way I have a 2020 jetta and they wanted me to trade it on a 2014 Buick with double the miles and didn't offer Vaseline More
