The dealership was very clean and the salesman team welcome me with a great smile and a great greeting. Mike James was very helpful in finding a suitable car for all my needs. He went above and beyond by keeping me updated on how everything was going through the whole process of getting a car even while taking all my needs. Collin was ok as far as salesmen go. He did stay late the day I bought my car to make sure I got everything out of my trade in. But he also did make it seem like I had negotiated a better price than they were asking but it was simply lower due to my trade in. But I guess that's on me for not paying better attention. The car was a little overpriced, but that is the norm these days in 2022. (Still bought it though) The financing was the worst. I was pre-approved and was told they could get me a better rate so I decided to go with them, went back and they couldn't get me approved at any rate even close to my pre-approval. So I wasted multiple trips going back and forth. After paying the dealer to cover taxes. They were supposed to pay them for me and save me a trip to the DMV, they did not. They not only did not, they sent me a single check instead of 2. So I overpaid the revenue man and still had to cover the DMV out of my pocket. Now I have to try and get my overpayment back from the tax man. Was told a new tag would be 50 bucks so I went that route, guess what? It was not, should have kept my plate. I had tried calling multiple times and can get NOONE to return my calls. The stereotypical 80's used car salesmen would cringe at the practices of this dealer. There is 0 chance I will ever return. Was one mistruth after another. This is an edited review, I had previously though maybe my experience wasn't half bad. This whole experience has been hands down the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I once bought a used car that blew a motor within 3 days of buying it. More
