We had a crunch time to pick out/buy a car and Brian was fast and furious. We would test drive a car and by the time we got back he had another one pulled out ready for us to look at. If a car came in from the truck he would give us a call and we would be the first to know. He wasn't like other car dealers, he didn't annoy us with phone calls and surveys and just try to sell a car. He genuinely wanted us to have the car we wanted and didn't stop looking until we found it. The BEST customer service I have ever seen. More
