He did go "next door" and get a Sonata for me to test drive; he was confident I'd prefer the Nissan Altima. His persistence was not push; his tenacity came off as a fight for ME to get the deal I wanted, not as a fight for HIM to get the sale. It felt like a win-win day. Adela, the finance manager was fantastic as well. She was proficient at presenting the "extras" without making it feel like she was pushing to sell them. Adept at reading the customer and his/her needs, I feel I got exactly the extra coverage that is right for our family. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. More
