He was patient, professional and politely persistent. He listened intently and waited for me to share. I am a salesman. I observed him allow me to move from a questioner to a potential buyer. We ultimately agreed on a fair price. I am looking forward to getting my new 2019 Maxima Platinum Reserve. More

Love My Nissan #2! My first time here, back in June, I was nearly impossible to find a car for. Luckily Wilcox pulled all kinds of strings to get me an Altima, which I r My first time here, back in June, I was nearly impossible to find a car for. Luckily Wilcox pulled all kinds of strings to get me an Altima, which I really appreciated. However, I was in an accident two weeks later which left the car completely totaled. I went back to Wilcox a week ago to try to find another car, but this time in an even more difficult position. I was completely sure I’d have no options and have to keep living my life without a car. Fortunately, he and Tony sympathized with me and worked for days, spent all their time with me, and found me a perfect 2017 Sentra that I love more than the Altima I had before. I am over the moon with the purchase and so thankful for the help i got. This could’ve easily been a miserable process, but it was simple and fun thanks to Wilcox. :) More
