Even knowing I would not be purchasing a new vehicle from him, he treated me lik I want to say a HUGE thank you to Nathan Swarzen at Suntrup Nissan!!! Even knowing I would not be purchasing a new vehicle from him, he treated me like a valued customer! He took the time to explain all of the options I was not familiar with on the vehicles, was not put out by letting me test drive, and was as polite and helpful as you could want in a salesperson! The reason I stopped in the other day, was to take 2 specific Nissan models for a test drive. My company car lease is coming up and my next company car choice is between a Rogue and a Maxima. I have to let the company know this week which vehicle I prefer. That said, I am always up front when I speak to a sales person letting them know right away I am not personally looking to buy a car. Once I tell most of them that, I am treated like a hot potato, or so my past experiences have always been. This was definitely not the case with Nathan! Because of how he treated me, I will be taking my new company car to Suntrup Nissan for all service and maintenance needs and should my husband or I find ourselves in need of a new personal vehicle we will absolutely go to see Nathan! The best customer service I have received Out of all the car dealerships in the St. Louis area, Brian was the best customer service I have ever seen in my life. We had a crunch time to pick out/buy a car and Brian was fast and furious. We would test drive a car and by the time we got back he had another one pulled out ready for us to look at. If a car came in from the truck he would give us a call and we would be the first to know. He wasn't like other car dealers, he didn't annoy us with phone calls and surveys and just try to sell a car. He genuinely wanted us to have the car we wanted and didn't stop looking until we found it. The BEST customer service I have ever seen. More
