Great First-Time Car Buyer Experience Before visiting Suntrup Nissan, I had visited several major dealerships in the St. Louis area. As a first-time car buyer, I had done my homework, but Before visiting Suntrup Nissan, I had visited several major dealerships in the St. Louis area. As a first-time car buyer, I had done my homework, but wasn't 100% sure of what to expect. I purchased my Rogue Select on the last day of the month and Nate was there helping me from the time I walked through the door, until I left sometime after 11PM. Nate was very personable and I felt comfortable working with him throughout the process. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend seeing Nate if you are considering a new vehicle. Though we were offered many things, I never felt pressured in any way. Amanda was very helpful and really listened to what we wanted. One might expect great service when buying the top of the line, but we we at the lower end of the scale. We were looking for the least expensive, bare bones (I'm talking crank your windows, not electric) Versa. They got it for us, even though someone had to drive it in from a couple of hundred miles away! Amanda explained everything about the car and it's features (what little there were), and Financing went smoothly. When we were ready to go, someone else jumped up to put our plate on so we didn't have to wait for Amanda. The entire experience was actually pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
