From beginning to end, Aaron was willing to help me out. He forwarded the photos to me so that I could see what I was interested in right away. I showed up for the test drive of the vehicle & Aaron answered all of my questions about the vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured to buy the vehicle. Aaron was very truthful with me & honest and I really appreciated it. Aaron made sure that I was well informed about the vehicle and told me to shop around and see if I can find a better deal. It ended up being a no brainer. The deal I was offered was better than another deal I was offered at another area dealership. Aaron was nice enough to call us to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle we purchased the evening after we got it and even 2 days later. He went completely above and beyond what we were expecting. Mr. Lindsey also gave us a really good overview of the inside & outs of the vehicle. He set me up online for my first oil change & maintaince appointment and explained everything to us in detail. By the time we left the dealership, we were almost certified to sell the vehicle! As a whole, I have a deep respect for the Suntrup Nissan dealership as a whole. Everyone that we interacted with from the beginning to the end of the process were completely professional, courteous and offered us the best customer service. Both men were very knowledgable, quick and curtious. They knew what the problem was right away, checked stock of the parts and got me on my way. Very pleased with entire experience and these men. I called Doug, Doctor Doug since he knew what the problem was after about 30 seconds of driving my car. Thank goodness my work was covered under the power train warranty. Overall I do not think I will buy a Nissan again, just not that pleased with the car overall. I do not think the special transmission they use in their cars is for me. My initial visit to Suntrup was just to look at a couple of new Volkswagens. I was interested in the Jetta, but was very unfamiliar with any specifics, I just new I liked the look of the car. I was greeted immediately by a gentleman named JD who very enthusiastically began asking me what I was interested in and if I would like to take any of the models out for a test drive. I was excited to not only drive the Jetta, but also impressed by JD's willingness to help me. After the test drive, I spoke to JD about my price point and JD definitely worked with me to get my payments to where I could look at buying the car that day. I was so please with the customer service JD provided throughout my entire buying experience, I bought my first Volkswagen Jetta at Suntrup. My overall experience was wonderful and I have already recommended that one of my coworkers visit JD at Suntrup. The tremendous satisfaction I had after this experience is why I give JD and Suntrup a 5 in every category of this rating. I could not be more pleased. Thank you! More
