Kai was helpful and professional - he had even taken the time to respond to me on a Sunday to get as much information going as possible. AJ was great, I was able to get the car at a great price and even mor time to respond to me on a Sunday to get as much information going as possible. AJ was great, I was able to get the car at a great price and even more protection for myself and the vehicle. After the sale, I was reviewing the paperwork and was extremely unhappy because I was not fully understanding the numbers (I had my wife and kids there and a lot was going on) and out of a lack of understand wrote a poor review. AJ called me the next day and re-walked me through the numbers again and made sure I understood the actual deal I got. I have a lot of respect for that - so in turn I am changing my review. More

My Title application which we have called about several times and nobody has called us back. The net price is incorrect, should be $19,005. I called the DMV in Jeff City about it and was told they tax on times and nobody has called us back. The net price is incorrect, should be $19,005. I called the DMV in Jeff City about it and was told they tax on the actual net price, so this must be changed. I was also told that I must bring the old title with me. I was never given one! I won’t do business with a dealership that ignores the many phone calls and never returns the calls or takes care of the two problems I’m left with. More

I was promised a good deal and was lied to during the process. At one point in time I asked him to ask for 100 more for my trade in. 2400 instead of 2300 after the initial offer of 1500 and he said no I process.
