Brian Fiddleman was a pleasure to work with. He is always willing to take extra time out of his workday to assist customers. He even stayed past his normal time so that I could pick up my car and he could sh willing to take extra time out of his workday to assist customers. I went in Saturday morning 3/16/13 to look at new VW CC and the salesperson I ended up working with was Brian Fiddleman He was outstanding. He made the buying experience amazing. I owned a 2011 Jetta and 2012 Passat and fell in love with both of them. My 2012 Passat was stolen so bought a Ford. Bad idea I could not wait to get back to a VW. The German driving expierence is real and you will never know what that means until you buy a VW. I used to think people were snobs that said that but it is real. I ended up meeting with Brett the sales manager and he too was so helpful. I ended up buying 2 new CC's that morning. One for my daughter. Having identified the vehicle we wanted, and armed with plenty of product information, we set about the task of negotiating, and we were pleasantly surprised with Suntrup's performance there. We came to terms within a very short time, and then Sean followed up by sourcing our vehicle and attending to all of the important details, after which he spent about an hour educating us regarding unfamiliar features.
