I got a reasonably good deal on a used ID. 4 at Suntrup. However, when I called to get a recall taken care of, the service department told me they only had one person who worked on electric ca 4 at Suntrup. However, when I called to get a recall taken care of, the service department told me they only had one person who worked on electric cars, that they used their own booking system, and that they would contact me. Two weeks later, no contact as of yet. I guess they don't want my service business? I'm located halfway between St. Louis and Springfield, so Napleton in Springfield gets the nod this time. More

Danny and Will were amazing to work with!
