Used Car Purchase I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Super Car Guys. I wasn't attacked at the door, which was so unusual. We spoke with the person in charge who was personable and helpful. He referred us to a salesman who thorough look at their inventory. We needed a high mileage, older school car. We were asked to accompany the salesman to the West store to look at a car. They offered to drive us over, which we couldn't do, but again were so surprised by the offer. The car was clean and more than we expected. When it was "deal" time we were quite a bit wide on the price but the sales manager assured us that they would take care of us, and take care of us they did. We got a better deal than expected and when we had a major issue, the problems was resolved for the deductible stated when we bought the car. Words can hardly describe our gratitude for the care we received. More

Great Car Buying Experience! I was a first time buyer and Mason was very helpful in the whole process. He was patient and NOT pushy at all! Great Place to buy a car If you are looking to trade in or overall just buy a new car this is the place to go. Great atmosphere and great people. Will never buy a car from them She consistently called . worse was when she would Call repeatedly back to back. At one point she called six times in a row even after I told her not She consistently called . worse was when she would Call repeatedly back to back. At one point she called six times in a row even after I told her not to call during that time becuase I would be in an important meeting. And that I have to have my phone on at all times becuase my daughter impaired and any emergency from her I would need to take it. But she did not listen and in result my customer and boss was not pleased .. So I called her back after work to ask why she is repeatedly called . she became pushy and told me that I never said not to call and continued to argue with me .. At the end I let her know I will not be buying a car from them and to please take my number off there database.. But two days later I started receiving calls again and only during my work hours .. And every time I would call her back after I got off work .. As soon as I started to plain she would hang up .. So over all I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. And can't imagine why she would do this to me. But as long as she is working there I've made it a point to never let another person suffer trying to buy a car from them .. More
