They made buying a car out of town easy and painless. My journey started online talking with Michelle she was amazing. I really didn't think I could buy a car in the situation that I was in. She assured me that I would be able to and that I was the kind of person that the car lot can help. When I came into the car lot to meet with Cary he welcomed me to the car lot. He sat down an listened to what I was looking for in a car. After listening to me he put in the hands of Ian. Ian is the best sales guy ever. He took me around to all the car lot that they owned until I found a car that fit my needs and budget. It took many hours an I know that I was difficult but Ian did not stop until I found a car that I liked. Once back at the South location Carrie was amazing keeping me in my budget for a car note. She got me an extended warranty on my car and it didn't make the car not go up. She kept in contact with me while working with the bank. I picked up my car on Saturday and Ian was the best he met me at the door. The car was super clean and Ian filled it up with gas. He helped me take my rental car back to the car place. He was very helping. I would like to say that he a real cool guy. He made this the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I tend to get a new car every year. I know when I get ready for another car I will go back to Super Car Guys and everyone I know that needs a car I will send them there as well. If you truly have credit issues or filled bankruptcy like I did they will work their hardest to get you in a car. They didn't tell me no or you have to wait until you go to court like most all other car lots I went to before finding Super Car Guys. I am truly thankful for these wonderful people. good job The people who helped us at the rock road location were really nice and quick to greet us. we had a meeting set up with the manager and were told he w The people who helped us at the rock road location were really nice and quick to greet us. we had a meeting set up with the manager and were told he was to busy to meet with us and we would have to meet with someone else. that to me was fine because we got to meet with kindale mayzack and he did an amazing job helping us get what we wanted. at times one of the other guys working with us did get pushy but hey they got a sale. the only thing that I didn't like about the whole experience was a few of them working with us made us wait both times for 4-5 hours before anything was done and there was only us and one other couple there. I would recommend this place to others but also suggest that they work on their motto of "NO SHARKS" cause we felt like one of them was and at times felt like we didn't have the choice to just walk away....but overall I'm glad that they were able to sell us the vehicle we wanted and worked with us on financing! More

Friendly and Caring Staff I visited the the Rock Road location and immediately Kyle was ready to assist me. With the help of Kyle and his manager Brandon, they were able to ge I visited the the Rock Road location and immediately Kyle was ready to assist me. With the help of Kyle and his manager Brandon, they were able to get me in a newer and better car than I was currently driving. In addition, they were patient and immediately took action when I noticed anything wrong, even after I left the car lot.
