Most amazing purchase in my entire car buying years. Nik went above and beyond that of any car salesman today for my family. We came into the dealership with our sixteen year old son on his birthday to simply look at an older truck with no expectations of actually being able to purchase a car due to a past bankruptcy. Few minutes later Nik made my son's day by letting him know we qualified for an actual 2013 and in our price range. He then went even further than any other salesman would have done by joking with our son, making him feel comfortable and making two very nervous parents comfortable with the safety and craftsmanship of the new vehicle. Nik even decorated the car with flags, and sent my son off with his first car and a huge smile. Today Nik became a part of the family, and made the day even bigger for one sixteen year old young man. They greeted me at the door and offered me a drink. I really don't think that I opened a single door that day. Tim Kaul was the associate that I worked with he let me test drive almost a dozen cars. He spent so much time answering all of my questions and asking questions of his own to make sure that I found exactly what I was looking for. During one of my test drives my boyfriend called me; his car had stalled and was stuck at a Quick Trip. Tim Kaul my lovely pal at Super Car Guys East location tried to jump start it and when it didn't start he helped us push the car to a nearby O'Reilly's. He was incredibly helpful and I can't imagine that another car salesman would have gone so far out of his way to help us. I found the perfect car for me and he worked hard to get me into the car that I loved for a price that I could live with. In summation, this was the best car buying experience I could have possibly had. Tim still regularly checks in with me.
