I have spoke to 5 different people which none was willing to help and told me because they put the stuff on it and I didn’t physically pay for it, that it wasn’t under warranty well I paid for the WHOLE car so I in-fact paid for it and was told by a sales person it was under warranty but of course she’s not there anymore.

Well I would think that the manager of the service department to do his job and keep his words. Because this was an absolute shame on the company. 1 we could ha e been killed, 2 im still driving around with a messed up weak windshield as a company told me, and just spent 900 on tires because they were dry rotted. It was a very poor experience and life traumatized situation when your car shuts off in traffic on 96. Yes very concerning and still never received a call from the manager. I will never give a good rating. Its been to long with noone caring but about making there quota..
