I came into Super Car Guys - West to just look at the different options that were available to me. I spoke to Paul Goddard and he introduced me to Don Walker who was my car salesman. Don was GREAT!! I first heard about Super Car Guys over their Radio Ads, so I was in the market to buy a new vehicle and decided to see what they were all about. One of their associates made an appointment to meet with Pau so I was in the market to buy a new vehicle and decided to see what they were all about. One of their associates made an appointment to meet with Paul Goddard. When the day came I found him expecting me although I was a little early for my meeting. He then referred me to one of his salesmen Don Walker. Don was great to work with and really put forth the effort to get to know me, and my interests, I could tell right off the bat he was committed to find me the best possible fit with a vehicle I needed. The one thing that stuck out to me about Don was his patience, never did I feel an ounce of pressure from him, as we test drove cars and some didn't work out he never got discouraged and was ready to move onto the next one. It was like my wants were his wants, and thanks to their great selection he was able to find me the vehicle I wanted. I would recommend Don to anyone who is looking for a car. Carrie Binger with LEAD Financial Services has been wonderful to me. If I had to change my payment schedule, she would always tell me it is okay. When I had the misfortune of totaling my Suzuki, I ha wonderful to me. If I had to change my payment schedule, she would always tell me it is okay. When I had the misfortune of totaling my Suzuki, I had just made a payment and she reversed the charges. I can't say that many lenders would do that for their clients. Thank you so much Carrie! Carrie had called me to inform that Jermane would be contacting me regarding what kind of vehicle I was looking. I told him what I was looking for and he told me that 90% of the cars you were interested in, you would not end up buying. Well, that is true. I was looking at the Chevy Cruze, but once I sit in the Dodge Avenger and test drove it, I was totally hooked on this car. Between Spencer and Alex, I can't say enough about them. Spencer was totally on top of everything and made my experience a memorable one to say the least! When he told me they would try to get a loan with 13% interest, I was thrilled because with my prior car, I was paying 20%. When Spencer called me and told me I have good news/bad news, I did not know what to think. He said the good news is, we got you a loan, the bad news was the lender wanted a car with less than 30,000 miles. They even found me another Dodge Avenger with less than 30,000 miles. The best news of all was when he told me that we got you a loan for 6% interest - talk about being blown away! Thank you Carrie, Jermane, Alex and Spencer for a job well done. More
