New 19 Rebel LEAKING WATER INSIDE W/MOLD My appointment was scheduled a week ahead and needed a truck for loaner. Told me car was all they had night before. Call to set up appointment again and now on waiting list. Wouldn’t go back to this dealership or another dodge dealer. Fiat,Chrysler,Ram corporation knows and really aren’t much help either. No work standards for these issues they say it is dependant on the dealer you use for what they will do for you. Sorry but if MOLD was growing in someone’s daily use vehicle that has CHILDREN in it daily I would help a little quicker unless they have too many with water leaks?? Also jack under seat was rusted. First dealership I tried couldn’t find leak and told me they cleaned carpet which is not a new vehicle but anyway the rust stains are still in carpet under passenger seat. They have no problem letting you drive a new a few days if your interested in buying but after you bought it’s a miracle to get at least a base model truck to borrow while they fix the issue which is manufactures fault not to mention I’m out money going back and switching all my tools and ladders to another vehicle. So now they dig into my pocket some more. Also first loaner truck I got from different dealer it had NO gas I had to hit first gas station near!!!!!!! Sorry but this is not what I paid to get into! More

The difference with Tyler is knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. I first purchased a Jeep from Tyler in February of 2014, and Tyler went above and beyond to put me in a Jeep that fit what I desired, and not something that I didn't want. Needless to say, I have never went anywhere else from there on. I've purchased too many vehicles to count from Tyler and Superior Dodge, and Tyler has become a very dear friend since then. He was promoted to Sales Manager, and has been promoted even higher since, and its no wonder why he is being promoted. He loves his dealership, his vehicles, and most of all his customers. I've since moved out of Arkansas to Ohio, and I'll say this whole heartedly. NOBODY does business quite like Superior Dodge in Conway Arkansas. Although I'm not in need of a new vehicle now, I will GLADLY make the almost 900 mile drive to buy from them again.
