Top notch yet again!!! This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Superior jeep in Conway in literally a month (32 days to be exact). True to my word I went through Terry Brown again and once again he did an absolutely amazing job, especially this time around. We had a bit of a difficult situation to work through and some hoops to jump through and Terry handled it without the slightest bit of stress or pain felt on my end. He truly takes care of his folks, and I’ll say it again....I WON’T work with anyone but Terry when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. He got me an amazing deal on a vehicle I believed would not be an option for many more years down the road. Even with a mountain of negative equity and a poor credit rating, he treated me like a person and was very straight forward about what could be an option, what he was comfortable fighting for and what was not doable. As for the vehicle, the first one I test drove this time around was awesome and as we were talking about it I mentioned that I liked red and he showed me one a step up in the color I liked and said “ hold on I’m gonna go grab the keys cause you’re gonna wanna drive this one” and man was he right. He didn’t try to up sale me, he knew my budget and situation and made sure it was in my price point and wouldn’t you know it a week later that is the Jeep I now have sitting in my driveway! Now for after the sale....Terry is amazing at following up and making sure his folks are satisfied with their purchase and things are doing well.....NOT your typical “car salesman”. He absolutely goes the extra mile and every mile after that. I will not buy from anyone else not matter where he sells cars at. I will also refer anyone and everyone to him....family, friends and strangers. I cannot say it enough, by far the best most smooth painless experience....dare I say enjoyable...YES!!!! More
