2022 Ram Limited. Very Disappointed. $72k Truck. Seems to be no pride in the techs. 2 Hours for an oil change and Rotate with balance, *WITH* an appointment. My truck Very Disappointed. $72k Truck. My truck is extremely clean and the Tech left oil smudges on Exterior driver door, and smudge on Interior driver door panel. Tech didn't fill up washer fluid, with low washer fluid light was present. Was told their washer fluid wouldn't mix with the washer fluid that's in the vehicle. *All washer fluids are made up of water, soap, and alcohol.* I think they forgot and tech didn't want to come outside to do it. This dealer isn't the closest, and I decided to drive farther away thinking they were going to provide great service. I was wrong. $180 service on a $72k vehicle, you would think you would get better service. Bay the service writer was awesome! She was very kind and courteous. More

Started good, had everything I wanted but that is where the good ended. Salesman Pablo refused to follow through on anything asked of him and continued till I was forced to refuse the sale. Internet sales, Kim Sims was more of the same and worse. Blatant lie that the vehicle was shipped and was not. Should have done more research on this dealership. The bad reviews are there. If I could leave a negative star review, I would in a hearbeat. They advertised a truck that was not at all what we purchased and we did not realize that it did not have many features they advertised it hearbeat. They advertised a truck that was not at all what we purchased and we did not realize that it did not have many features they advertised it having until after we secured our own financing so we were locked in and stuck with a truck we are far from pleased with. Then they were unhappy about my husband asking for a 2" inch trailer ball and a 6 way trailer light plug despite giving them full asking price. Then they couldn't even fill up the 20 gallon tank of gas and the sales rep acted like it was a big deal so my husband said xxxx it and left. We absolutely will not be back and do not recommend this dealership at all. You will be better off going somewhere else. Anywhere else has got to be better than this place. Maybe then you'll actually get what's advertised online. More

I would have given them a zero if I could. I was in to get my air shocks replaced after an accident (which involved no mechanical, just cosmetic & suspension damage). My truck was running perfectly after the accident, & at the collision repair shop I initially took it to. After the dealership got it, it suspiciously wouldn’t start. After purging my fuel tank, lines, & spark plugs, it still doesn’t start! They will take no blame I am finally forced to hire a tow truck to take my truck to a reputable mechanic before they ruin anything else! More
