Scam dealership...located damaged car..we bought unseen Sold us car they located..delivered late at dark...in daylight when we looked dash & doors faded damage....dealer managers zero help...said they cant Sold us car they located..delivered late at dark...in daylight when we looked dash & doors faded damage....dealer managers zero help...said they cant let other chrysler dealers do work they insist on going back 300miles with car to conway..from texarkana...dlivered i believe in dark to scam cheat us..was supposed to be deliveted.at 3oclock in light...next morning we knew why now...been trying one month dealership very shady on being questioned...ive purchased 4 chrysler 300..1challenger..2 ram trucks in last five years No More dealing with LIARS ...i intend to sue if not satisfied shortly..I purchased new vehicle have right to expect undamaged NEW CAR..classic Chrysler in texarkana said must replace with new parts...superior car manager John quit talking to me hung up on wife..said he bought car from chrysler dealer in monroe la...sight unseen but he did so in full daylight...we got car delivered to us in texarkana at night...he said i should appreciate him trying to help ME!!! really??..we buy new car with damage they sold US and he's BEING helpful??I no longer trust THESE PEOPLE..want damage replaced at other dealer..once a liar always a LIAR... Nothing but a Great experience each and every time. They have truly changed the way I look at car dealerships.......well at least theirs! They treat you fair and go above and beyond when a problems does happen. Case in point, we had a problem with a warranty item on a personal vehicle, they could not fix it the same day. No problem they gave us a courteous vehicle to drive until it was replaced. We had a damaged windshield, not covered by warranty. They worked with our insurance company to get it replaced. They again provided a courteous vehicle to drive until it was replaced. I have several other great stories I could testify about, with the same great results, but will save them for another time.
