The service department and I had a misunderstanding as to when I should pick my vehicle back up, but they apologized for my inconviences and worked out a solution with me. Mark and Jeff made sure we were provided with a vehicle that would accommodate my family's size, and Mark even had it running with the air conditioner on already for our comfort. When our vehicle was ready to pick up Mark called and let us know the business hours and where our vehicle was parked. They did a GREAT job repairing my vehicle and returning it to me in BEAUTIFUL condition. These folks went out of their way to make sure our needs were met and to make sure communications were solid, so I'll also say that they provided me with GREAT customer service! Thank You! More

Long story short, we called, drove to Conway, and were greeted by Hank. He was so personable and made us feel very comfortable. He answered all of our questions without making us feel absurd for asking them. That can be difficult to find at a car dealership it seems. All in all, it was a great experience, and I love my car!
