I Liked My Salesman I liked my salesman, Navy Dave, which is unusual for a car salesman. He was very professional and made it easy to buy my car. But I can't rate the dealership any higher than 3 stars because the condition of my new car was not what I would consider new. Granted, the car had been on the lot for quite some time, but I never would have expected to find hail damage and swirls on the paint on a new car. My wife and I looked over the car carefully, but we never noticed anything wrong until the car was in bright sunshine, after we bought the car. And whoever prepped the car left the inside of the front windshield smeared. Again, something not noticed until in bright sunshine. It took almost 2 hours to buy the car. I picked up the car the next day and waited almost 2 hours because they couldn't find the second key and had to order another and reprogram both. Even with the condition of the car and excessive wait times, I like the car and I'm pretty satisfied with the price. More

Wonderful car buying experience! My husband and I went to Superior for a test drive after finding the car we wanted advertised online. After a short wait, he rushed over and we became his focus for the rest of the afternoon. We were looking at a Dodge Dart and he was able to show us all the special features and let us take it for a long test drive to make sure we loved it. We were not "just another customer" to him and that made this car buying experience wonderful! When we got ready to leave he could not locate the standard floor mats for the car so we got a free upgrade to rubber floor mats! This is just one of the small things Navy Dave did to make it a great day! We will definitely come back here when we are ready to trade our older vehicle! More

The Country Boy Loaded dealership right here in Conwy will either have what you want or they will get it for you, and I love the commercials. Michelle is a great sales lady. I don't recommend the service department however, have not heard a too many positive things come out of them, from slow service to lack of communication. More

I own a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I wanted the jeep lifted but heard many horror stories about lifts done wrong. I also test drove many lifted jeeps locally that were nearly impossible to keep on the r lifted but heard many horror stories about lifts done wrong. I also test drove many lifted jeeps locally that were nearly impossible to keep on the road. On a road trip we passed Superior Doge, Chrysler, Jeep. I stopped in and asked about lifting my Jeep. It was obvious from the start the service staff were very knowledgeable and experienced. I followed up with many phone calls to Allan over the next two weeks getting advise on wheels, tires and more. He was happy to help me even before I agreed to spend a dime in their service department. I was so impressed with the staff that a few weeks later I drove over 100 miles past two other Jeep dealerships and countless garages to have these experts do the work. The result was a beautifully lifted Jeep that drives just like it did before. Now, I could have saved some money and had it done by some shade tree mechanic but at what price? When you are driving all over the road trying to keep your newly lifted Jeep in your lane are you going to be ok with it because you saved a few hundred bucks? Believe me, I test drove many lifted Jeeps and all of them had one issue or another. I can't express enough my gratitude for the effort of Allan and all the staff. They are honest, knowledgable and very friendly. I wont be driving that far to get my oil changed but rest assured if there is any major work to be done to my jeep it will be done by Allan and the guys at Superior Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. More
