My truck is extremely clean and the Tech left oil smudges on Exterior driver door, and smudge on Interior driver door panel. Tech didn't fill up washer fluid, with low washer fluid light was present. Was told their washer fluid wouldn't mix with the washer fluid that's in the vehicle. *All washer fluids are made up of water, soap, and alcohol.* I think they forgot and tech didn't want to come outside to do it. This dealer isn't the closest, and I decided to drive farther away thinking they were going to provide great service. I was wrong. $180 service on a $72k vehicle, you would think you would get better service. Bay the service writer was awesome! She was very kind and courteous. More

We purchased a handicap van from a private party and drove over 3 hours to pick it up. We immediately started having trouble with the van shifting, The people I bought it from contacted Superior Dodge C drove over 3 hours to pick it up. We immediately started having trouble with the van shifting, The people I bought it from contacted Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Conway and Eric said to have us come over right away and he would get it checked out for us. Eric Hunt got the van in right away and the mechanic Terry Hall knowing we were worried reassured us he would get everything checked out and get to the bottom of the problem. He not only found out that there was a connection loose. Terry also resurfaced the front rotors that were bad a safety issue and programmed our new key fobs while we waited. We left feeling safe and more comfortable with our purchase. Thank you, Eric Hunt and Terry Hall for getting us in on Saturday at the last minute and taking such good care of our new van. More

Above and Beyond Customer Service I lost a taillight Assembly somewhere in Little Rock. Called and spoke with parts department he was adamant that he left at 6:00 pm and then transfer I lost a taillight Assembly somewhere in Little Rock. Called and spoke with parts department he was adamant that he left at 6:00 pm and then transferred me to Calvin to see if he could help me put one on it was 5:40 I was in Mayflower and it was dark, parts said I could pay with my debit card so I pulled off and gave it to him because he left at 6:00pm. I got to the dealership 5:57 and Calvin was waiting we put it on and I was on my way. It was dark and I still had to drive to Clarksville, I want to say thanks to Calvin for going WAY ABOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE and when I trade my 2009 Dodge Ram in it will be with Superior for this very reason again thanks for having such a wonderful employee More
