I strongly urge anyone thinking of buying a Gold Star-rated vehicle to reconsider. The dealership does not stand behind the vehicles they sell, especially the Gold Star ones. It’s a huge letdown when you buy a car expecting quality, only to have issues that are completely ignored or brushed off by their service team. My experience with Superior Ford was frustrating from the start. They were quick to sell me the vehicle, but when problems came up, it was impossible to get any real support or help from them. It’s one thing to have a car that might need some fixes, but it’s another when the dealership completely fails to honor its own ratings and guarantees.
