"Exceptional Dealership!"

My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle for months. After hitting a deer we were forced to make the move. We were in the cities for a football game and decided to try a larger dealership. "Nitrogen"

When I bought my Escape in May, I forgot to have Nitrogen put in the tires. So on Sunday (15th) I was driving on 694 and the car left me know that the tires were low. Panic! Monday (16th) I was right in your garage and Shawn Bechtold took care of my tires. Wonderful!

"Problem with new Explorer tires/balance/vibration."

I have a 2017 Explorer Platinum with only 3,000 miles on it, but it has a vibration between 55 and 65 MPH. The service person has worked with me through three appointments now, and they have even replaced all four tires. Although the problem still persists, I'm confident they will get the condition figured out before I take my Ford on a long vacation to the east coast.

"Oil change "

Went in for oil change at 59$ Needed 2 more qts of oil and air filter Total cost 111.00$ Seems expensive for oil change special. The guys did a great job and finished quickly Nice work by the guys!
