The service team is beyond amazing at Superior Ford. This was my first visit there which started with a routine oil change. Joe and the Quick Lane team not only did an excellent job but Joe also really liste was my first visit there which started with a routine oil change. Joe and the Quick Lane team not only did an excellent job but Joe also really listened to my concerns. I have like ZERO car vocabulary but he helped me to figure out that I needed to see a transmission specialist and got me an appointment as soon as possible with Jason/Transmissions. I had a clutch problem which they fixed quickly. Jason went above and beyond in his work and in his kindness! And then guess what happened? Yes, I locked my keys in my car in their parking lot while it was running and Shawn who was working the front desk got it opened quickly- I swear that never happened to me and I was so embarrassed. Everyone on the Superior service team has the patience of a saint - even the car rental gentleman was really helpful. I will definitely go to Superior Ford in the future and very highly recommend them! More
