We came prepared, knowing the value of our 2013 Escape from Kelly’s Bluebook and the Superior team was reasonable in considering this information and offering a deal for us to consider. The entire process was conducted with respect and in a friendly manner. We have a 2015 Ford Edge that we will probably want to replace in a few years and we will surely go to Superior Ford. More

Difficult to talk with service. It was very difficult to contact service. They must he understaffed as the phone just continued to ring. Billing was confusing and the sheet that showed me the charges was wrong. I sent an email and never received a response. I received an email notification of my appointment and the reply person was not the same as the individual named on the email. The reply person Email was not active. The person on the email, Derik, said it wasn’t his job and that I needed to contact service. Overall very frustrating two experiences related to paying for service on my $38k truck. I will look for other options in the future. Clearly they don’t need the business. More
First Class Service Stopped in for an oil change and to have our Flex looked over. I was greeted promptly and Mike had me entered in the system with all of my options in Stopped in for an oil change and to have our Flex looked over. I was greeted promptly and Mike had me entered in the system with all of my options in very short order. I got the "WORKS" and asked that anything be replaced if needed without question. The oil was changed/tires rotated and all of the items checked that I requested to be looked at. Mike informed me that all of my belts/filters/brakes/tires look like new and sent me on my way with a freshly washed car. Quick/easy and honest is why I will be back for all of my services moving forward! More

Rob has already been very helpful with my questions. Last week I had some questions on features of my car (I had forgotten how to use) especially when using my remote start from my phone. I am so glad I stopped in as Rob had to fix it on my phone I never would have been able to start my car. I left totally happy with my experience when Rob and Superior Ford. More
