A Female's Perspective I recently purchased a 2017 Ford F150 @ Superior Ford and was really impressed with the quality of customer service I received. I had been to several I recently purchased a 2017 Ford F150 @ Superior Ford and was really impressed with the quality of customer service I received. I had been to several other dealerships in the metro area and after walking out of one because of the misogynistic attitude and heavy sales pitch - I was disheartened and intimidated to go it alone. I am a 50 year old widow and this was to be my first solo vehicle purchase without my husband around. Mind you - I am independent, strong-minded and am quite capable of making my own decisions. But this was a big purchase and I didn't want to be taken advantage of. I found this truck on CarFax and communication began with Oliver, a sales rep at SF. I went in the next day, took it for a spin and had a great conversation with him. He was incredibly honest, thorough and polite (funny as well:) and I never once felt intimidated or pressured. The buying process was smooth and seamless and dare I say fun? The finance guy (Chris?) was helpful, kind and thoughtful as well and the entire process was painless and positive. I drove off the lot feeling confident and proud of my purchase and experience. I would highly recommend this dealership especially if it's your first time buying. More
Bought a used car We went to look at a used truck, we couldn't agree on a price that I was happy with. That's part of buying cars they need to make money I understand. Ended up back there again that same day to look at an explorer. Bill took great care of us both times, went out of his way to make it a good experience. We ended up with the explorer at a price I was happy with, buying it there was fairly painless and even ended up going back to get some help with so features I didn't quite understand. I'm headed back on Friday to get the weathertech liners because their price was a dollar more after you pay for shipping on the weather tech site, I can put them in that day and not wait a week. Bill was great to work with and took good care of us. More
Service on Safety Recalls I had received 2 safety recalls and wanted to do a Saturday appointment. I did have to call in to schedule it versus doing online, but they got it scheduled, sent me text and email reminders beforehand. Told me initially probably would take 3-4 hours. only took 2 hours. Was really appreciative of that. And they washed my truck when done with it. Nice service. More

They got the one I wanted I have been buying or leasing from Superior for more than 20 years so we went back when our lease was ending on the Fusion.
