Wonderful service guy helped me—was very busy! All employees I came into contact with were VERY nice and helpful. It was a Monday but very, very busy. That was ok as I was not in a hurry and I understood. My service technician, Mike Mandler, was fantastic. Very nice, explained everything to me, kept checking on me in the waiting lounge, explained what had to be done in detail. He gets 5 stars from me. 4 stars for the overall experience only becuz of the long wait but I understood!😀 More
