Wonderful service guy helped me—was very busy! All employees I came into contact with were VERY nice and helpful. It was a Monday but very, very busy. They were having a training session out in the work area for several employees, so I was there for 1 1/2 hours waiting for a tire with lg. Roofing nail embedded into it to be fixed. That was ok as I was not in a hurry and I understood. My service technician, Mike Mandler, was fantastic. Very nice, explained everything to me, kept checking on me in the waiting lounge, explained what had to be done in detail. He gets 5 stars from me. 4 stars for the overall experience only becuz of the long wait but I understood!😀 More

Service I scheduled an appointment for a recall item and engine light was on. Scheduled out of month and found out timing belt was going out and I was 500 mi I scheduled an appointment for a recall item and engine light was on. Scheduled out of month and found out timing belt was going out and I was 500 miles over the 60,000 mile power train warranty (which was most likely under 60,000 when I made the appointment). They worked with me, but I still end up paying more than I wanted. More
