Problem with new Explorer tires/balance/vibration. I have a 2017 Explorer Platinum with only 3,000 miles on it, but it has a vibration between 55 and 65 MPH. The service person has worked with me throu I have a 2017 Explorer Platinum with only 3,000 miles on it, but it has a vibration between 55 and 65 MPH. The service person has worked with me through three appointments now, and they have even replaced all four tires. Although the problem still persists, I'm confident they will get the condition figured out before I take my Ford on a long vacation to the east coast. More
