Nitrogen When I bought my Escape in May, I forgot to have Nitrogen put in the tires. Problem with new Explorer tires/balance/vibration. I have a 2017 Explorer Platinum with only 3,000 miles on it, but it has a vibration between 55 and 65 MPH. The service person has worked with me throu I have a 2017 Explorer Platinum with only 3,000 miles on it, but it has a vibration between 55 and 65 MPH. The service person has worked with me through three appointments now, and they have even replaced all four tires. Although the problem still persists, I'm confident they will get the condition figured out before I take my Ford on a long vacation to the east coast. More

I felt like, finally somebody is going to fix the problem! It took 4 days to get the person trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. He drove It daily, to lunch, etc to get my truck to do "the death It took 4 days to get the person trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. He then had it fixed and paid for the car rental . The only problem now is, tire pressure sensor fault" light is still coming on after having them all replaced! More

oil Change joke !!! You advertise a price for an oil change then charge 5.50 for shop fee !! What a joke never coming back here and I’ve been a costumer for 20 years !!!
