I felt like, finally somebody is going to fix the problem! It took 4 days to get the person trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. He then had it fixed and paid for the car rental . The only problem now is, tire pressure sensor fault" light is still coming on after having them all replaced! More

Quick Lane Took the car in for an oil change. Unfortunately, I hit a busy time so had to wait in my car outside the door but I watched Superior folk working cont Took the car in for an oil change. Unfortunately, I hit a busy time so had to wait in my car outside the door but I watched Superior folk working continuously to manage the flow. When I finally got in the door, I was told it would take about 25 minutes -- it took considerably less (Hurrah!). No car wash -- again. Every time I take the car in, it doesn't get washed -- even when I request it. Even though they advertise a free wash, I'm beginning to think that they really don't have one. So I'm driving a dirty car BUT everything under the hood is working well. Guess that's what is really important. :) More
