Derek is awesome!!! I wish we could have made a deal. we were only off about $50 per month. Paid more than quoted I originally took a day off to drop my vehicle off and it sat at the dealership all day with no phone call to let me know that it was not going to get I originally took a day off to drop my vehicle off and it sat at the dealership all day with no phone call to let me know that it was not going to get in. When I called them, they said, sorry, two technicians didn't show today so we can probably get to your car next Monday or Tuesday. (This was a Friday). After expressing my concern, they did get me a rental for the day and when they called me, they quoted me at the high end of $1400. The work was not done on Monday but was done sometime Tuesday. When I got there, they charged me $1700 and said that they did some work on my bumper for free (I had told them that there were screws missing and asked them to look at it and give me an idea of how much it would cost). The explanation I got for the overpayment didn't really make sense to me based on what the service guy had told me the day earlier, in fact it completely contradicted what he had said the day before. As for the "free work" on my bumper, they had done nothing to my bumper. It is still loose with no screws to tighten it. I regret going in and should have gone to my local neighborhood guy who would have charged me half of what they charged me. More
