Good but frustrating I went in for routine oil change, and tire rotation. I watched them work on getting my front left tire off for about 15 minutes. Then the main gentlem I went in for routine oil change, and tire rotation. I watched them work on getting my front left tire off for about 15 minutes. Then the main gentleman, came in and explained my lug nuts were warped due to heating and cooling. To sum it up, Ford used poor lug nuts with a cap on it. These go bad over time and need replacing. They were $12 a nut...multiply that by 20 lug nuts! And they were going to be replaced with the same style? Poor! He said he is seeing this more and more. So I went to a auto parts store and picked them Up for $5 each. No cap on them. Even the auto parts store was laughing about the issue. They are selling tons of them due to this, what I would call defect. You would think this would be recalled. But instead I had to pay $106 for a fix I never thought I would have to do. And something that’s entirely preventable if you would just use better quality parts. I went somewhere else to get my rotation done...took them literally 35 minutes to get tires off and replace new nuts. They were beating on them. And yet again, they see this happening. A close friend of mine had the same thing happen on their focus...he had to buy replacements. Overall just upset with this. And also only being a 2014 and the inside of my doors are rusting out. All 4 doors...again a common issue with this model that won’t be recalled or fixed. The guy at the dealership literally gave me a card, and said, “keep calling customer service and complain each day. That may get you somewhere to fix the rust.” Cause I have the time for that. Just may be the last Ford product I purchase sadly. And yet I will not here back most likely. That is all. Good crew there...disappointing you make them relay this information to your customers. More

Paid more than quoted I originally took a day off to drop my vehicle off and it sat at the dealership all day with no phone call to let me know that it was not going to get I originally took a day off to drop my vehicle off and it sat at the dealership all day with no phone call to let me know that it was not going to get in. When I called them, they said, sorry, two technicians didn't show today so we can probably get to your car next Monday or Tuesday. (This was a Friday). After expressing my concern, they did get me a rental for the day and when they called me, they quoted me at the high end of $1400. The work was not done on Monday but was done sometime Tuesday. When I got there, they charged me $1700 and said that they did some work on my bumper for free (I had told them that there were screws missing and asked them to look at it and give me an idea of how much it would cost). The explanation I got for the overpayment didn't really make sense to me based on what the service guy had told me the day earlier, in fact it completely contradicted what he had said the day before. As for the "free work" on my bumper, they had done nothing to my bumper. It is still loose with no screws to tighten it. I regret going in and should have gone to my local neighborhood guy who would have charged me half of what they charged me. More
