My sales experience was great. I felt like I was working with a trusted company. Derek Jones was an excellent sales person. The day after I bought the vehicle I found out that it needed nearly $6000 worth o with a trusted company. Derek Jones was an excellent sales person. The day after I bought the vehicle I found out that it needed nearly $6000 worth of work. When I called superior Ford back to see if they could help remedy the situation in anyway, they told me I signed paperwork and have no recourse. There was no attempt to even feel sympathetic towards a buyer that had given them $6500 in cash.I didn’t expect them to let me return the vehicle, I just wanted them to help out a little bit as my experience turned sour. There is one in particular repair the vehicle needs, a timing chain. My mechanic quoted me $3050 for just this repair. As this Ford dealership has their own shop, they could have had the opportunity to fix this at a much lower cost to them. It would have cost them the parts which would’ve been about $800. I was noticeably upset on the phone but maintained my professionalism, but when I asked the sales manager if there was any way the dealership could help me, he began questioning my moral character. He said “you seem like the type of person that would try something like this”. I was incensed that I would be treated like this and not even given the opportunity to explain how I was feeling. I didn’t want to work with the sales manager (Doug Kimbrel) anymore so I requested a callback from the general manager. I spoke to the general manager the next day and he said I heard the whole conversation and that he agreed, I have no recourse. I then said, “so to recap, you sold a troubled vehicle to a customer but will not be sympathetic or willing to help even in the slightest of ways to keep the customers trust and confidence in their purchase? The response? “Correct”. Just one word. Correct. guess this is a hard lesson learned. When a dealership says “as is no inspection”, it likely means they know something is wrong so they don’t inspect so the buyer is left holding the grenade, so to speak.Avoid this Ford Dealership at all costs folks, please! I am letting everyone know how bad my experience was so they don’t risk doing business with a company that in no way will advocate for the customer! More

On my way to work, my car had a flashing check engine light a mile after I passed by the dealership. I turned around and went to the service bay. I didn't have an appointment but they took me in right aw light a mile after I passed by the dealership. I turned around and went to the service bay. I didn't have an appointment but they took me in right away. Joe and his team were great at diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed that day. They offered the shuttle to me both to and from work and even brought the work order and my keys with so I could go right into my car without going inside. (I had paid with the phone app prior which was very easy). Great service. More
