The sales customer service was great @ the time of my car purchase. BUT was lacking after the factor. I talked to my saleperson Derek 3 (10/22, 10/23 and 10/26) times about the privacy screen for my hackback purchase. BUT was lacking after the factor. I talked to my saleperson Derek 3 (10/22, 10/23 and 10/26) times about the privacy screen for my hackback on when was it going to be in. Finally after I left a message on 10/26 he called me back 4 hours later letting me know the part was in. When I showed up I just went to the service department and John and another nice gentlemen assisted me with the install. As I made a comment to John that I didn't want to see my salesperson. As it seems to me once he got his commission his customer service was done. Derek came out with the part and made a comment that it was on back order. I keep my thoughts to myself as how did I know it was on backorder if it took 3 messages from the CUSTOMER before he got back to the customer.
