Run the OTHER way! I purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus from this dealership, the worst decision I have ever made. I was approved, paid my Down Payment, and drove away. Whil I purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus from this dealership, the worst decision I have ever made. I was approved, paid my Down Payment, and drove away. While the dealership called many times wanting things that I had already given them, I tolerated their calls. Then one day, the day the 21 Day Permit was expiring, the Office Manager called and said my plates were in. I told her that I lived over 30 miles away and couldn't come up there and asked her to put them in the mail to me. She responded with "We got something wrong on the VIN # and are missing a digit". So I told her that I could text her a picture of the VIN # Tag to which she said "No, as Officers of the State, we need to take pictures ourselves to satisfy the State". Well, knowing that they are NOT "Officers of the State" and they were up to something, I told her I didn't really like their dealership and wouldn't spend another penny driving up there for their mistake. She responded with "How about if I give you a Gas Card to cover your expenses?" I ran out of reasons to not get the plates and so my wife and I drove up there. The finance person, aly butler, came out and gave me the gas card and she had a camera so I got out of her way and she reached inside the car and grabbed the keys and started walking away. My wife asked her why she needed the keys and she responded "they need to check the chip in it". Knowing that they were not going to give my keys back, because the finance manager had told me on the phone during one of our last conversations that he "was going to make my life miserable". We sat in the car and waited while the gm called the New Hope Police Department. The Police showed up and tried to mediate the dispute even though I told them it was a Civil matter and we just want to leave with our car. The Police made us vacate our own car and gave the dealership possession of the car, even though we had all of the Financial paperwork and Title Application and everything. You can bet that INFERIOR ford is working multiple deals on each car and will take whatever is their best deal even if they have already sold it to someone else. The key to this is that they don't submit the "Packet" to the Bank or Finance Company so that they can claim you are not actually "approved". We verified that CPS had NEVER received the Packet from INFERIOR ford and that that is the ONLY reason our deal was not funded. Pretty crappy place to buy a car. I have reported them to Ford Motors, the BBB, and the Attorney General of MN. It's truly amazing what this group of idiots puts out there as their side of the story. I verified with CPS that the Packet was never even given to them to fund the deal. The only thing I can say is _ RUN THE OTHER WAY before even considering this dealership. ford shouldn't even allow their name on this place. If you had a legal right to the vehicle, then why not come and get it? Why do you have to LIE, CHEAT, and STEAL to get it? I have a VERY strong feeling that you will be getting a good smacking from the State on this one. A smacking that you CROOKS deserve! More

Do NOT go here for anything!!! Not Sales, Not Service My experience for the last year with this dealership has been nothing less thank horrific. Starting with the purchase of my Escape. Very high pressu My experience for the last year with this dealership has been nothing less thank horrific. Starting with the purchase of my Escape. Very high pressure and they throw a lot of numbers at you. Once everything was said and done and SEVERAL hours there what I ended up getting was not what I was told. Very disappointed. When I tried to talk to the sales guy about it (Ronald) he was never available and via voicemails just gave me vague information that was not pertaining to my exact situations. When I called to talk to the sales guys supervisor, he was extremely rude and said basically there was nothing they "could do for me at this point" and I am stuck with a car I was duped into buying and don't like - at all. Shortly after I purchased the car I noticed a noise in the front end so I brought it in to be looked at. When I made the appointment, I was told they had loaner cars. When I showed up they said they had no loaner cars, but they can get me a rental car and if the repair was covered by warranty, the rental car would be reimbursed. I took the chance that it would be covered and rented a car. This process alone took over 45 minutes. This information should be disclosed up front as I was not thinking it would take well over an hour to get my car "checked in", and there was not one other person there checking in a car when I arrived. The work needed was covered by the warranty - my extended warranty, not the one that "came with the car"! DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY IT IS A SUPER BIG RIP OFF, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS VERY EXPENSIVE CON. Evidently it overrides the warranty that comes with the vehicle and you have to use the extended one, which when I did fall for the con and purchased it I asked several times in several different ways if there was any additional costs to the warranty or any type of deductible and repeatedly was told no. In fact at one point the warranty guy kind of chuckled when he told me no and commented that it was a little funny that I keep asking the same question. Well he lied. There is a $100 deductible PER VISIT, not per issue, but PER VISIT. The "rental car" ended up being covered and I paid the deductible. Shortly after that horrific experience, it starting making the same noise again. When I initially called in to see when I could bring it back I was told that their work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles and since I was under both there would be no cost to me. I also said I would need a loaner car and the gal told me that would not be a problem at all. The morning of this appointment I called in to make sure there was a car available for me to use and to confirm that the repair would be at no cost to me. The gal I spoke with (who didn't give her name) was so incredibly rude, I have no idea how she even has a job. She started by asking my information to pull my account up, I gave it to her. Then she proceeded to ask me every question I already answered when I called to make the appointment. Why would she even pull up my account if she was going to ask me the same information over again, very irritating. In the end she told me that they had no loaner cars and I could rent a car and IF it was covered under warranty I would get reimbursed for the rental car. When I told her for the 3rd time it was the same issue they "repaired" before, she informed me whether or not it has been less than 12 mo or 12,000 miles it would still cost me the $100 deductible since it is a per visit deductible, not per item. Long story short... DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, DO NOT GO TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, JUST DO NOT GO HERE PERIOD. More
