After talking and visiting four other sellers I focused on Rob Martin at Superior Ford. Whatever else happens being comfortable with the person assisting me in my truck purchase is important. Rob listened to me, explained all the options available and worked with me to get closer and closer to find the vehicle I was looking for. Once knowing my budget, he focused on my needs and wants while staying within the budget and that was not easy. The prices offered were far more customer friendly than some I encountered, like three to five k friendlier. I have to mention this was a very educational experience in dealing with Mr. Martin who explained how so many features on a new ford truck work that I was unaware of and he did this in simple terms I now understand. Based on prices, comfort level, consumer education, listening, and a very friendly partnership experience I was provided, please consider this a favorable review of the people at Superior Ford.
