My car had low miles perfect shape all service done at Ford and I bought it from Ford, they said they give me a great price on trade in on it. Blue book I found out after was $8,800-$10,600, I took ther Ford and I bought it from Ford, they said they give me a great price on trade in on it. Blue book I found out after was $8,800-$10,600, I took there word they treat me right, after all done I only got $7,000 I feel my loyalty was shaken by Superior Ford because they knew I had not checked blue book yet was not even planning on buying a car, I put my trust and loyalty with them and got taken. I like my new car a lot but that bad taste I still have, so NO i will not recommend Superior Ford anymore! More

Terrible execution and follow up for problems concerning my truck. Still waiting for resolutions to issues and no contact from them in weeks. I don’t know what an “attendant” is, but I waited for 1 hour for someone to TALK to me in the “quick” lane. Utterly laughable experience. I had a similar experience about a year ago because I used to g hour for someone to TALK to me in the “quick” lane. Utterly laughable experience. I had a similar experience about a year ago because I used to go here for oil changes. Never again. Technicians were nice, seemed speedy. The “attendant” at the quick lane needs to find a new job. Just to be clear. I understand that as a drive up, I might have to wait 45minutes, hour, etc... but I do expect to be greeted and told such a thing , i don’t know, less than 1 hou Again, much like The Who, I won’t be fooled again. I hope the contracts with the city/county keep your business afloat long enough for your withering customer base to slowly leave. Driving the final nail in the coffin of your customer UNfocused business. More
