Absolutely love my new SUV! Oliver was helpful and not super pushy. He gave us a lot of good info about the vehicle that gave me a great starting off point to figure out the SUV. Other dealerships lacked in their sales members as far of lack of info, too pushy, and clearly just in it to make a sale. Oliver knew his stuff and felt like he genuinely cared. I have been going here for service since I purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion from them a few years ago. I have had excellent service in the service department, going here for nearly everything but two oil chan 2014 Ford Fusion from them a few years ago. I have had excellent service in the service department, going here for nearly everything but two oil changes. Recently there was a gentleman who checked me in who was not wearing a mask. It reflects poorly on the service department to have one person abstain from keeping his coworkers and patrons safe. Also, I am used to getting my car returned after running it through their car wash. This did not happen this time, despite my agreeing to a spark plug replacement when I was just in for recall repair. Not sure I will return. More
