My husband dropped off the car in the morning, and gave them his cell phone number to call when the car was finished. I have always received excellent customer service from Superior Ford, from buying my original Ford Focus in 2009, through all the service visits in the last 3.5 years, to trading in my Focus for a new one Superior Ford, from buying my original Ford Focus in 2009, through all the service visits in the last 3.5 years, to trading in my Focus for a new one. I did check other dealers for price and options, to educate myself, but Superior Ford was again the best price, as it was in 2009. I have no doubt that the customer service will continue to be excellent through the next several years of service on this Ford. I was VERY disappointed when I came to pay for the service provided yesterday. I was told that the program of accumulating credit for services paid for had been discontinued and I lost $40.00 plus th service provided yesterday.
