I had my car towed in on Friday evening. Left my keys in the drop box for the Service Dept. First thing on Saturday morning James contacted me to check on my poorly scribbled note. Timing of appt was very good. I pulled up to the door and did not realize it opened automatically (I had a child in the car and was talking too him while waiting for the door to open- not reading the yel and did not realize it opened automatically (I had a child in the car and was talking too him while waiting for the door to open- not reading the yellow sign on the door) and a male employee came out and pointed to the sign and then put his hands up in the air in frustration at me and gave me a look like "Duh". I laughed it off, but I did feel like an idiot, which is really not how you want to feel pulling into a dealership. Chris was great to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The estimate was given quickly, and the work was done very quickly. The price was fine with the exception of the diagnostic on the radio. Seems extreme to pay 65$ for such a simple diagnosis. I figured it was a fuse, but not one I could readily get to. In the past, my car has been run through the car wash before I pick it up. It was not this time, so that was a little disappointing. More

Just a suggestion, would be nice if the service team member would introduce themselves as you pull into the service area. I went in for an oil change. I was told that I needed a transmission fluid flush and power steering fluid flush and my air filter was dirty. When I got home, I reviewed my service maintenance guide and checked on-line and could not find anywhere that a power steering fluid flush is ever recommended. My husband also said it was not necessary. I really feel I got "taken for a ride" and threw away $90!! We have bought several vehicles from Superior Ford and bring them there for service but after this happened, we are going elsewhere. If this was an error and can be corrected by refunding my money for this unnecessary work, we will consider changing our opinion about Superior Ford. More
