Felt i paid significantly more than should have. Had brakes and oil change done. Set up an online appointment before hand. Service didnt even start for almost 4 hours into the day. Then was denied the use of a mailed Ford coupon for my oil change. Price on brakes ended up more than $100 over what was estimated over the phone. Was told i couldnt receive a carwash because of Covid???! Then told it was down. Didnt even get the sticker letting me know when my next oil chage was due. Gotta say this dealership has been off there game before but this might have been the worst. Dont think ill be buying another new vehicle from there again, nor try to get any service done. More

Been going here to have my oil change for many years. Tech never wiped up spilled windshield washer fluid when he filled it. He left it on car and plastic bottle. he The tech told me my 2002 Lincoln Town Tech never wiped up spilled windshield washer fluid when he filled it. He left it on car and plastic bottle. he The tech told me my 2002 Lincoln Town Car took 6.0 quarts of 5w20 oil. I just realized after looking at owner's manual and checking dipstick that he overfilled my oil by a quart. When he moved my car he left grease from his shoes all over the driver floor mat. Very Disappointed. More
