He answered every question with patience, never used any high-pressure tactics, and took the extra time to walk me through all the driver features and center display controls. Coming from a vehicle with traditional knobs and buttons, the new tech could have been overwhelming, but Kevin made it comfortable to learn. I went to look at a 2018 F150 on Friday April 17th. Truck was in great condition and well priced. Apparently it had a detailed pre-owned inspection. After driving it decided to start the paperwork and Truck was in great condition and well priced. Apparently it had a detailed pre-owned inspection. After driving it decided to start the paperwork and put a deposit down. While waiting I was playing with the remote start. Once I heard it start I immediately could hear an obvious noise. Their mechanic came out, turns out it was a cam phaser. $5k repair. They took the truck off the market. In an attempt to make it right they offered me a “deal” on a similar truck. I said I could make it there Monday and they said my deposit was still good. I came in Monday and they told me they were giving my deposit back and they sold the truck. I had just drove 50 mins to look at it. No one called me to save me a trip. Just sold it right under my nose. Not only did their mechanic miss an obvious mechanical problem upon their “detailed inspection” but they wasted my time and didn’t hold true to their word. I wouldn’t let superior ford change the oil on my car or let them sell me a spark plug! If I were them I would be embarrassed and ashamed. Buyers beware, this is my truthful experience with superior ford in Plymouth. More
