Didn't get it done I had one major complaint when I brought the car in for a warranty inspection. They did find the bad shocks in back which really made a difference. I had one major complaint when I brought the car in for a warranty inspection. They did find the bad shocks in back which really made a difference. But they did not find or fix the major item. I gave a detailed explanation how to reproduce the problem. It would have taken some time to execute. And I can understand not wanting to put in the time. But the time wasn't put it. The shocks were assumed to be the issue. Nothing was said about not following the instructions or suggesting I do it and come back if it wasn't fixed (which I would have been happy to do). I made it quite clear fixing the one issue was make or break for customer satisfaction. So congratulations on the one star. More

The price was better then anywhere we had shopped for a new vehicle. The sales person (Oliver) that helped us both on the phone and in person was absolutely excellent. The business manager (Michael) had all the paper work ready and waiting for us when we arrived. This all occurred during the height of that Corona Virus Pandemic but these people really went the extra mile to make sure that we were safe from them and they were safe from us. The new vehicle was completely disinfected inside and out before we were allowed to take possession.
