Incomplete attention to required repaires. I purchased a used Flex. They did a inspection of the car and found some problems. which they said they would fix. The price for the car was increased approx. $1,500 over the price the salesman quoted me, to cover the costs to correct the problems. They replaced the knuckle assembly-front wheel. They removed seized wheel bearing, They replaced hub asy-wheel put on four new Advanta tires mounted and balanced them After all that work they were not SMART enough to an alignment the car. I drove the car for approx. 14,000 miles. the tires on the front were worn all the way to the threads of both front tires. They did not take any responsibility for the condition (no work warranty) no tire warranty) just a bill of $786.31 More
