Manager schedules appointments with customers at will and then informs the customers. He doesn't care if that's a good time for the customer or not. Manager and Superior also floods customers with emails, calls and text messages. Finance Department will add in items to the pricing and this is nonnegotiable. You pay or you leave without the vehicle. Asking for an explanation is an effort in futility as they make no efforts to explain (or explain in circles). Take it or leave it -- they don't care. Service Department rates at C+ on its good days. They listen with only half an ear and perform maintenance that they believe is necessary -- AND will charge the customer for it. If you use the Service Department, know what you want and only pay for what you request. More
