Liftgate Switch Replacement I have a 2019 Expedition Platinum. The switch on the bottom of the liftgate was not working due to being stuck. When I made the appointment at Superio I have a 2019 Expedition Platinum. The switch on the bottom of the liftgate was not working due to being stuck. When I made the appointment at Superior I explained to the service rep that I had unstuck it with a pocket knife but it just became stuck again. It needed to be replaced. When I brought it in on my scheduled date I asked if they had the switch in stock. The rep checked and said the switch was on backorder and they would notify me when it came in. Two weeks later I had to call and check the status. I was told that it came in and made an appointment for the next day. That appointment went smoothly and the repair was completed. More
