Very good. I came to the Quick Lane to have a tire checked, oil changed and a battery cable checked. All were done in short order. I recently had surgery and getting in and out of the car is difficult. I asked if I could stay in the vehicle and they said I could, which was greatly appreciated. I want to highlight the conversation I had with the quick lane tech Taighler. He was very personable and explained all they would be doing. There was another fellow who offered to take by bill and credit card to the cashier, because of my limited mobility, which I thought was very nice. My wife was able to go to the cashier to pay. Overall a very pleasant experience. More

2nd time was about as bad as the first After pulling in the service door and waiting for a few minutes Joe finally approached me with a "what do you need" half xxx greeting. I informed him that I had an appointment to which he looked up and said, its next week not today. He mentioned that he was short handed and if I didn't want to leave the car for a few days I should bring it back the following week at the time of my appt. I replied that I had received a reminder email stating the appt was today and that I was having issues that I needed inspected. In the multiple times that I have encounter him he has never been friendly or pleasant to work with and for him to be the first person you come in contact with, it gets things off on the wrong foot. To be honest everyone else I've worked with has been very friendly and happy to help but dealing with him on two occasions now is enough for me to go elsewhere. Overall he has a terrible attitude and needs training in his communication skills. The more unfortunate thing is that I gave this feedback originally to someone who called and asked about the service but I could not remember Joe's name at the time. The person on the phone assured me that was not how they did business but it happened again. I will not be going back. I live close to this dealer and I would rather travel to Coon Rapids/Andover where I've been in the past and absolutely loved the experience. They made sure an Uber came to pick me up and drop me off, they provided timely updates, they were happy to help etc..that is how service should be. More
