On Saturdays, you're not open. Wish you have service then. Had to get oil change and quick checks Also, I was told by the leader person while checking me out to pay that there was a problem with my batt then. Had to get oil change and quick checks Also, I was told by the leader person while checking me out to pay that there was a problem with my battery as the battery test showed it had a problem. I said I just had a new battery installed at different shop five or six months ago (tire plus to let it be known) because they were open on Saturdays (and you were not). The lead said, it's an aftermarket battery and I should have it checked out by whoever sold it to me. However, after I drove away and I went to tires plus and while I was waiting at tires plus. I looked at my Superior Ford work order that I just finished up with. The work order said the battery was good on the document. Ok, what gives??? Anyway, I had Tires plus check the battery out because I told them the Ford Dealer said there is something wrong with the battery. They ran a test on the battery and it checked out. It was perfectly fine. Frustrating to do this and a waste of time. I don't get it. Seems like maybe I was sent there as punishment for not buying a battery from you guys. It also has a longer warranty than Ford's...and again they are open on Sat and they seem honest. I felt stupid having them check the battery out. I made an appointment online for 20K service, it was confirmed, I even replied with a question. Yet when I arrived, I was told my appointment couldn’t be honored because it was “just a 20K service” - essentially a glorified oil change, so had to wait extra 1/2 hr for a turn in the oil change lane. But my glorified oil change still cost almost $200 bucks. Pretty sure I can get that elsewhere for less money & no appointment or wait. More

Was in for a warranty repair. Was completed quickly and communication was good.
