3 weeks to get an appointment, 6 days in the shop! And they didn’t fix the problem! My thermostat wasn’t working properly and I’m still under ESP warranty. Headlight Change I went in for what I thought was a simple headlight replacement. Unfortunately, to change the light, the bumper had to come off. I was told about how long it would take and how much it would cost. It took longer than expected, but it was less expensive than I thought it would be. There was something left on the bumper that looks like soap or marker that resists coming off and leaves a white mark on the black plastic. I have tried to remove it but so far no luck.
